Intermediary Products

Alliance & Leicester:
  • 2 year tracker rate at 70% LTV has been reduced by 0.15% to 2.94%.
  • 3 year fixed rate at 85% LTV for homebuyers has been reduced by 0.11% to 5.88%.
  • 2.95% 2 year tracker rate product at 75% LTV has been withdrawn.
  • 4.99% 4 year fixed rate at 70% LTV has been withdrawn.
  • Two new 3 year tracker rates at 2.79% and 3.19% launched.
  • Selected fixed rates reduced by up to 0.20%.

Buckinghamshire Building Society:
  • BTL SVR has had amendments made to the fees and ERC.
  • In addition all products with the exception of the owner occupied standard variable rate which remains unchanged, a booking fee of £250 is payable on application and the balance on completion which may be added to the loan.

Earl Shilton Building Society:
  • A brand new range of products has been launched.

Leeds Building Society:
  • Two new trackers launched at 2.99% and 3.49% above BBR, 70% and 75% LTV respectively.

Lloyds TSB Scotland Spearhead:
  • 5 year fixed at 75% LTV (Purchase only) with £995 arrangement fee has been reduced by 0.20% to 5.99%. A new fixed rate product (Remortgages only) at 5.99% and 75% LTV has been launched. Two new 2 year Tracker products (purchase and remortgage) introduced at 60% and 75% LTV.

Marsden Building Society (Intermediary):
  • Products DS76 and DS77 have been withdrawn. Funds can continue to be booked to close of business on Monday 5th October, subject to tranche limits.
  • New discount rate 1.50% off SVR launched.

Newbury Building Society:
  • Two new Homebuy products have been launched.

Northern Rock:
  • 65% LTV tier removed.
  • New 70% LTV tier products launched.
  • £995 fee reduced to £595 for Purchase range only.
  • Selected fixed rates reduced.
  • BTL rates reduced by up to 0.60%.

Nottingham Building Society:
  • Fixed rate end dates have been extended.

Newbury Building Society:
  • Two new Homebuy products have been launched.

Direct Products

  • 2 year 3.98% fixed rate at 70% LTV for homebuyers has been reduced by 0.10% to 3.88%.
  • 2 year 3.94% fixed rate at 70% LTV for homebuyers has been reduced by 0.11% to 3.83%.

Cheltenham & Gloucester:
  • A new fixed rate product at 2.99% has been launched.

Vernon:
  • Product FO86 is only available for purchases up to 90% LTV.
