TrigoldCrystal has today launched the latest upgrade to the widely used sourcing system Prospector. The roll out to TrigoldCrystal Prospector users who make up over 73% of UK mortgage intermediaries began this morning and will continue over the weeks to come as TrigoldCrystal delivers Version 9 to all major clubs and networks.

Version 9 brings together improved look and feel, redesigned screen layout for sourcing and analysis, and new comparative tools. The focus of the upgrade, according to TrigoldCrystal, has been focussed specifically on sourcing by making filters more accessible, saving users’ sourcing preferences, and helping give a clear overview of each client file with a simpler layout.

David Thompson, Sales and Marketing Director at TrigoldCrystal, said this morning:

“Version 9 has come about thanks to extensive research and consultation with our users. We were very interested in exactly how users interact with Prospector and use it in the sales process. For instance we found that when investigating different scenarios that users had to move back and forth between screens to do this. A new feature now allows a broker to do this all on the same screen with easy access to all the filters they need to run different sourcing scenarios.”

He continued:

“We thought it was important to go back to basics with this release and show that while we are the biggest player in the market, we are always ready to listen to our users and make our software work for them. This is how we got ahead in the past and it is how we intend to stay ahead in the future.”
